Maintaining contact with new and existing customers to advertise the product sales and deliver a detailed account strategy Creation of activity reports within the CRM system. Creation of yearly Sales planning for own customer portfolio. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. Attending user group meetings and trade exhibitions. Job Requirements BSc of accredited university. 2 - 6 years of experience in the same position in ( feright/ logistics /supply chain) field . Excellent command of English Excellent presentation skills. Excellent communication, writing and customer service skills. Excellent problem solving and organization skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Should have negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers. Able to meet deadlines along with working under pressure. Flexible to work anytime. Willing to travel on frequent basis.
