Description – Reserving tickets in airlines, railways or other mode of transportation, that best suits the client or travellers interest. – Making arrangements for staff staying and transportation during their business trip. – Arranging travel guides and assistance to the staff during their business trip. – Contact with different embassies and handle visas issues completely. – Research on optimal travel alternatives. – Maintain travel database. – Provide the staff with benefits such as mobile business line, USBs based on their managers approval.
