Handling export logistics processes to ensure delivery of export goods on time in full and as per the required standards

Job Requirements:

Ensures completion of all necessary import/export documents in light of international/regional trade agreements and legal requirements.
That includes liaising with export control authority, chamber of commerce, general chemistry authority, embassies and ministry of exterior affairs, export certifications inspection companies,...etc
Liaises & follows up with customs authority & customs clearance agents to ensure release of import/export goods according to the set time frame.
Establishes and updates a database of shipping agencies and selects the most adequate agency according to time/cost effectiveness and as per destination.
Liaises & follows up with shipping agencies and trace shipments to ensure delivery of import/export goods according to the set time frame.
Liaises with insurance companies to insure export goods.
Prepares all necessary export documents required for LCs to be communicated to the bank.
Ensures dispatch of export goods as per the relevant export standards (check lists) as per each destination country.
Complies with QHSE policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications:

Import/Export legal climate, governmental authorities liaison experience
2-5 years of experience related to export logistics
Good English language
MS Word/ MS Excel / MS Outlook excellent user
Experience in industrial company is a plus
Highly preferable to be a resident of 6 of October city. Could also be from Giza.
Ability to work under pressure
