About the Job
  • Prepare, review, confirm, and present letters of credit to advising banks besides follow-up sending L/C documents to correspondent banks.
  • Prepare various certificates of origin in accordance with the importing country.
  • Coordinate with customers and shipping companies to ensure and confirm arrival of each shipment.
  • Communicate well with embassies, chambers of commerce, shipping companies and ministry of foreign affairs
  • Identify the best method of payment for each customer according to his country.
  • Follow up export treasury for different charges.
  • Review external company offices expenses on different countries
  • Prepare all documents related to export subsidization with ministry of trade & industry.
  • Issue insurance certificates for each shipment
  • Organize all shipments in line with company requirements;
  • Ensure the integrity of export documentation such as Bills of lading, Commercial invoices certificates of origin and packing lists;
  • Prepare export documentation for all air and sea Shipments globally.
  • Prepare and maintain a delivery schedule and communicate to all relevant departments.
  • Verify all freight invoices
  • Maintain system data requirements and ensure integrity at all times.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • Years of experience: 1-3
  • Previous experience in Logistics and documentations of export.
