About the Job

Duties :
  • Ordering and scheduling the delivery of products.
  • Identifying & delivering operational cost reduction.
  • Completing and filing compliance documentation for import, export
  • Ensuring that all set targets are achieved.
  • Negotiating the services of 3rd party Freight forwarders, couriers companies.
  • Managing supplier delivery performance and maintain supplier contracts.
  • Negotiating pricing with of 3rd party Freight forwarders, couriers companies.
  • Cost management and reporting.
  • Development of the logistics department.
  • Supporting other departments within the company.

How
  • Receive PO request from Sales team, adding the commercial terms to the PO and assign for ordering.
  • Provide the led time to the Sales team.
  • PO creation.
  • Sending the PO to the suppliers.
  • Receive the suppliers order confirmations / Performa invoice and revised with the PO.
  • Forwarder and incoterm allocation.Payment transfer follow up with the finance department and the suppliers.
  • Follow-up the delivery time and cost.
  • Receive a notification for the delivery from the suppliers and transfer to the forwarder.
  • Receive the shipping documents from the forwarder suppliers or.
  • Get Governmental import approvals if needed.
  • Mange the Customs clearance operation.
  • Receive the materials at Warehouses.
  • Forwarder payments.

Job Requirements
  • University grade
  • 1-2 years of experience in Logistics
  • The possibility of working under different pressures
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Good command in English
  • speed and accuracy in the performance
