About the Job

We are looking for an operations Specialist have experiences with commudity product ( sugar / Corn/ Wheat ) to deal with European Supplier especially sugar ( White / Raw / Corn) and have experiences to deal with all related document ( Contract / B/L / Logistic document

Main duties
  • Supervising the day-to-day Operations to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and complies With Established policies, processes and procedures.
  • Establishing transportation plan and ensures its aligning with both export master plan & OP daily Phasing in Order to achieve monthly export target volume.
  • Issuing trucking JO's with loading schedule, control containers flow to plant, ensures containers delivery as Per offered free time of each port, ensure both efficiency & Effectiveness of assigned transporters.
  • Handling all export operation functions at plant, liaise with supply chain (Packing, Logistics, Quality and Safety)
  • To ensure properly executed in terms of packaging, stuffing, inspection & etc. In order to achieve export plan.
  • Issuing export documents (COA, COC, COH, surveyor's reports) on time, while regularly review inspectors Reports to insure matching with internal QC parameters, and insure sealing system is in place.
  • Coordinating customs procedures and ensure that all supportive customs process are in place to insure smooth And accurate port gate-in containers.
  • Assisting in Budgeting, Invoices related to shipping lines, inspectors, transporter, terminals and forwarders Through Registering the data and review vs. the terms of the shipment
  • Preparing reports timely and accurately to meet all export department requirements, policies and standards.
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and Practices.

Job Requirements
  • University graduates
  • Arabic / English
  • Experiences at Least 3 Years for commodity ( Sugar / Corn)
