About the Job
  • Issuing updating List for all the Items in Storage or Transit at the Shore-based Yard or Warehouse.
  • Responsible for handling and forwarding of spares and Equipment and Materials until Receipt and for the correct processing of ordered shipments and transports.
  • Responsible for Keeping Correct Records of all Rental Items on Order.
  • Ensuring that regulatory permits , verification documents and documents required for the correct and safe use of materials and parts will be available when items arrives at the point of use.
  • Following up that the best possible price is obtained before the purchase orders are issued.
  • Arranging effective customs clearance of imported and exported goods.
  • Keep track of all items kept in storage and in transit to/from the offshore unit or suppliers
  • Ensuring that all the required paperwork and approvals in connection with payment for ordered supplies of materials , equipment and services are carried out, and check that the delivery of goods and services is confirmed in accordance with established instructions.
  • Developing and maintain good relationship with clients , suppliers, repair shops, service companies, and freight forwarding companies/agents.
  • Conduct receiving inspection and shipping inspection according to applicable security codes.
  • Sending outstanding report for all the outstanding shipments on daily basis.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Experience with shipping companies
