About the Job
  • Responsible of local / foreign purchases.
  • Establish, maintains & develop required vendors’ relations.
  • Check requisitions for accuracy, completeness and compliance.
  • Obtain best prices, delivery terms & payment terms for the required products.
  • Create, review and get approvals of purchase orders to vendors.
  • Maintain purchase orders records.
  • Orders’ tracking to ensure accurate & on time delivery.
  • Monitor & coordinate international logistic process to ensure proper shipments delivery.
  • Collaborate with accounting department to ensure timely financial obligations.
  • Negotiate pricing, maximize profit margin, and minimize fees.
  • Minimize risk by ensuring alternative sources of supply.
  • Support the organization through activities focused on sourcing and cost reduction.
  • Developing supplier alliances and implementing process improvements.
  • May be required to perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.

Job Requirements
  • Suitable University graduate. (Preferred Commerce & Trade related).
  • 2+ years of experience in similar position (Preferred in IT field).
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Presentable, punctual & reliable.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills in order to troubleshoot Purchasing issues
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • In depth experience using MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel & internet surfing.
  • Fluent in English language (written & spoken).
  • Residence of Heliopolis, Nasr City or surrounding areas.
