Universal group has the pleasure to announce that it has vacancies for the position of ,Customer Service
The right candidate should meet the following criteria to be able to go through our recruitment process:
• Holding a high graduate certificate
• Previous experience (not less than 3 months) in a well know customer Service company/organization
• Very good communication, complaint handling skills & Customer focus skills
• Perfect pronunciation (full letters & no slang words)
• Good English (writing & understanding) skills
• MS office experience specially word, excel & outlook
• Can work under pressure
• Flexible: No personal commitments that contradicts with the industry’s working nature (for example: rotational shifts/vacations, working during official holidays)
