1)Maintain electronic databases of sales, registration, inspections and maintenance of Fleet management. 2) Ensure fleet availability to meet all requests by scheduling, forecasting and surveying current user trends. 3) Maintain knowledge and utilize all fleet information and user surveys to forecast new requirements. 4) Arrange fleets and fleet operational staff to provide support and schedule Special Event Planning. 5) Monitor and ensure fleet operation in compliance with Company policies and procedures. 6) Maintain and monitor data management system to organize fleets as per various schedules and requests. 7) Participate in various workshops and educational programs and maintain knowledge on all industry relevant publications. 8) Develop and implement standard operational standards to maintain vehicles by advocating best practices in industry. 9) Provide direction to department staff to regulate budget cycle requirements and control budgeting process. 10) Plan, process and execute vehicle purchase and vehicle replacement through efficient settlement. 11) Monitor the expenditure annual budget, expenditures and analyze all financial objectives. 12) Facilitate and implement corrective actions and capacity building to manage entire fleet to achieve company objectives.
Qualifications Experience: 5-7Years of experience in Fleet Area A Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering Locations where Fleet Manager is required •Canal Region (Suez)( Ismailila) •Delta Region (Kafr EL Sheikh or Shebin)(Manzla or Domiatt) •Upper Egypt (Fayoum) (Souhag or Qena) •Alex Region (Amryia ) Male candidate is preferred Language: Good Command of English Language Computer Skills: Good Command of MS Office 2010
